Mill Valley Barbeques is ready and able to cater your very next event. Our operation is 100% portable, and we cook all meat, poultry, and seafood products fresh at your event location. The quality and consistency of our food is known throughout the Central Virginia area.

We are a total event organizer, able to provide games, rides, and entertainment for almost any theme.

MENU 1

Pork BBQ, Grilled Chicken, Applesauce, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Apple Cobbler, Peach Cobbler, Sweet Tea, Lemonade, Bread, Ice and condiments.

050 people - $15.25 per person + 9% tax
100 people - $13.45 per person + 9% tax
200 people - $11.95 per person + 9% tax

Rib Eye Steak, Grilled Chicken, Tossed Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Gourmet Cole Slaw, Boiled Potatoes w/butter and parsley, Assorted Pies, Homemade Cookies, Sweet Tea, Lemonade, Bread, Ice and Condiments.

The sample menus above and prices include all of the needed setups. Standard heavy plastic and paper is included. Three serving tables and all serving equipment are included for a buffet style meal. No serving or bussing is provided. A contract is completed that lists all of the specific needs.

Please note that there is a $600.00 minimum charge for all events!

The menus listed above are suggestions. Please mix them to your tastes. Any menu choice can be added if you desire a dish that is not listed. A contractible price is provided when a menu is selected and the services needed are identified.

Special, heavy duty disposable setups are available if desired. These plates and bowls add $1.50 to the price. China, silverware, and glass are options also if preferred. These items add $6.50 per person to any menu.

Pork BBQ - $7.95 per pound, hot ready to eat. $6.95 per pound frozen.
Chicken, grilled - thighs and legs $1.15 each, Breasts - $1.50 each
Leg/thigh quarters - 1.75 each
Cole Slaw - $16.50 per gallon
Baked Beans - $22.50 per pan (1 1/2 gallons pre cooked)
Hamburger Buns - $4.50 per 30 count package
